Earlier in carpet cleaning, the use of noxious synthetic chemicals such as perchloroethylene and naphthalene was very high. The perchloroethylene is commonly known as “perc” in the industry. After the spray the carpet is scrubbed and then the cleaning mixture and the carbonation works together to lift and remove the contaminates.

This method uses a fraction of the water comparative to other methods and avoids harmful detergents, solvents and enzymes.
